The idea of Eva's Retreat was inspired by Spirit in Autumn 2011, although looking back Jill has felt for some time that she would eventually run a Retreat. Since teaching Reiki and Spiritual Development Workshops in this and previous homes, Jill knew that her work was meant to expand as her students enjoyed their time with Spirit so much, they never wanted to leave!
Eva's Retreat commenced in January 2012 in Dorset as a tribute to Jill's Mum, Eva (the main source of Jill's inspiration) and relocated to West Wales in February 2017.
Eva's Retreat sits within 6 acres of beautiful land and is such a wonderful place that I wish to share it with those in need of tranquillity and harmony. I also share my space with the Wild Animals and my Donkeys, Ducks and Doves who bring Healing through the wonderful connection to Nature and Mother Earth.
The name Eva means 'Breath of Life' and it is my wish to bring a breath of life into Spirituality, Humanity and Mother Nature.
To be part of the solution to our upside-down world and to help people and animals find the Joy, Peace and Love in their lives once more.
I firmly believe that connecting with people, animals and spirit is a joy and that serving Spirit is a privilege, and very much enjoy approaching both with a grounded mixture of humility, humour and (above all) respect.
I live in Freedom and encourage others to do the same. Eva's Retreat offers the opportunity to simply "be." To be present in the moment of now, to embrace Life and to meet others who may add to your journey….

My main aim, therefore, is to provide quality Workshops/Events and Training Courses on various aspects of Spirituality, Mediumship, Reiki and Life Skills at an affordable price to people primarily (but not exclusively) resident in Wales. Mindful that attending courses can involve a fair amount of travelling and expense (especially if they are residential), I offer a quality intimate teaching environment, with a maximum of 10 students.
Eva's Retreat is a charming 18th Century Cottage with original features such as Window Seats, Beams, Bread Oven and I also have a Log Burner. I have a ramp for Disabled access and a downstairs Disabled toilet.
I am situated in a secluded, yet accessible location surrounded by beautiful undulating Countryside with a view of the sea and Cardigan Bay from the top of my hill. Students and clients are welcome to spend time watching and interacting with Nature, including my Peace Garden, beautiful White Fantail Doves and my wonderful Donkeys, Osian and Dewi. Eva's Retreat is surrounded by Nature, including a small stream that runs along the bottom of my gardens into the sea, plus Red Kites, Swallows, Wild Rabbits and Badgers, Wild Birds, Butterflies, Bees, Field Mice and beautiful Flowers.
